1/2 kilos puff pastry
1 cup walnuts, for the filling
1 cup almonds, for the filling
1 cup dried cranberries, for the filling
1 package cream cheese, for the filling
1 stick goat cheese, for the filling
1 egg, for brushing
1 kilo mixed berries, frozen, for the jam
10 leaves peppermint, for decoration
1/2 cups sugar, for the jam

In a processor, add the walnut, cranberry, almonds, and blend until everything is well integrated.
There, add the cream cheese and goat cheese.
With your hands and a rolling pin, roll out the puff pastry while respecting the folds and ensuring it's all the same thickness.
Using a cutter, cut out discs of dough to fill with the mixture.
With the help of your fingers, form stars without completely closing them, so a bit of the filling is visible.
Brush with egg yolk and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes.
For the jam, place frozen red fruits and sugar in a pan. Cook and mix until you achieve the thick consistency of a jam.
Remove the stars from the oven and serve with a touch of red fruit jam. Garnish with mint.
