  • 1 kilo puff pastry
  • 1/4 cups McCormick® Lemon Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup cream cheese, cubed, at room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • salt and pepper
  • flour, for rolling out the puff pastry
  • 300 grams turkey breast, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups Manchego cheese, shredded
  • 2 eggs, for brushing

  • In a bowl, mix McCormick® Limón Mayonnaise, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  • Sprinkle flour on a flat surface, place the puff pastry dough, and roll it out to form a large rectangle. Place the dough on a baking tray and cut strips from one side, vertically; leaving a rectangle on one side for the filling.
  • Spread the McCormick® Limón Mayonnaise mixture over the dough, add the slices of turkey breast, and top with shredded cheese.
  • Shape the wreath by first rolling from the filling side, then where the strips are, form a circle and seal it well. Brush with egg and bake at 180 °C for 35 minutes.
  • Serve the puff pastry wreath with ham and cheese on a board and enjoy.
