Recipe for delicious Oaxaca cheese in green sauce, serve it with tortillas, tostadas, or on its own. It's a great recipe for breakfast and easy to make.

400 grams Oaxaca cheese
3 tomatillos
2 green chiles
1 sprig epazote
1/2 white onions , chopped
salt
oil , for frying
Preparation

On a griddle, roast the tomatoes, onion, and chiles.
Blend the tomatoes, chile, onion, and part of the epazote.
In a pot with a little hot oil, fry the sauce and season with salt.
Add the cheese and remove from heat.
