Knead the masa flour with warm water until it becomes a dough for tortillas. From this, make medium-sized balls, and flatten them with your hand on two plastic sheets or a tortilla press.
Heat the soybean oil, then grill the sausages on the already hot charcoal.
Once grilled, cut them into strips along with the yellow cheese, which will be used to fill the corn tortillas and fry them in the oil until golden brown.
Prepare the lettuce salad as usual with tomato and lime.
