A delicious French snack is the result of the combination of butter and radish!

  • 15 saltine crackers
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste
  • alfalfa sprouts, or parsley for garnish
  • 6 radishes

  • Wash the radishes and slice them thinly. Spread a little butter on each cracker. Arrange a couple of radish slices on each cracker.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
