Ranch Nachos

Delicious Mexican-style nachos, with a bit of green sauce, melted cheese, and tasty guacamole to start any meal or to satisfy mid-day hunger.

  • 1 package corn tortillas, golden (fried)
  • 500 milliliters green salsa, homemade
  • 100 grams queso fresco
  • 1 can refried beans, already prepared
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/4 onions, finely chopped
  • salt, to taste

  • Prepare the beans in a skillet by sautéing some onion. Meanwhile, prepare the green sauce or heat it up if you bought it pre-made.
  • On a baking tray, distribute the beans in the center, around them place the tortillas and cover with some.
  • Pour the sauce over the tortillas and beans, sprinkle the previously grated or crumbled fresh cheese on top. Place in the oven at 180ºC just to gratin the cheese.
  • Remove the nachos from the oven, serve on a plate making sure to take enough beans, place the guacamole on top, and serve hot.
  • For the guacamole: In a bowl, serve the peeled avocado, finely chopped onion, a little salt, and a few drops of lemon, mix well until combined. Serve.
