Prepare the beans in a skillet by sautéing some onion. Meanwhile, prepare the green sauce or heat it up if you bought it pre-made.
On a baking tray, distribute the beans in the center, around them place the tortillas and cover with some.
Pour the sauce over the tortillas and beans, sprinkle the previously grated or crumbled fresh cheese on top. Place in the oven at 180ºC just to gratin the cheese.
Remove the nachos from the oven, serve on a plate making sure to take enough beans, place the guacamole on top, and serve hot.
For the guacamole: In a bowl, serve the peeled avocado, finely chopped onion, a little salt, and a few drops of lemon, mix well until combined. Serve.
