1 tomato , chopped
1 lemon , (just the juice)
2 tablespoons parsley , chopped
4 slices white bread, toasted
1 tablespoon olive oil

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
Put the chopped tomato, lemon juice, and chopped parsley in a bowl and mix very well.
Place the toasted bread on a baking tray with olive oil and the tomato mixture.
Bake until the tomato is just warmed.
