Salmon Carpaccio with Potatoes

This is my favorite recipe to prepare on the weekend for a meal with friends. If you are a fan of salmon, I invite you to make this salmon carpaccio with potatoes recipe.

  • 1 lime, zest and juice
  • 250 grams salmon, carpaccio
  • 4 cups new potatoes
  • 5 tablespoons capers
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • 1 sprig fennel

  • Boil the potatoes with a bit of salt.
  • Check if the potatoes are boiled with a knife; if the knife goes in easily, they are ready.
  • Then in a bowl, zest the lime.
  • Then add the lime juice.
  • Add the capers and stir well.
  • Then add the potatoes (peeled) and a little olive oil.
  • Chop the fennel and incorporate everything well.
  • Finally, serve the salmon on a plate, covering the entire dish.
  • In the center, add the prepared potatoes and sprinkle a pinch of salt on the plate with a bit of lime and olive oil.
