Apple and Butter Sandwich

The combination of completely different flavors in this lunch makes it delicious and a practical and healthy option to break the routine of the classic sandwich.

  • 2 slices wholemeal bread, box
  • 50 grams Manchego cheese
  • 2 slices turkey deli ham
  • 1/4 golden apple
  • 2 teaspoons unsalted butter

  • Using a knife, trim the edges of the slices of bread.
  • Toast the bread and, while it is still warm, spread butter on the slices. Thinly slice the apple.
  • On one slice of bread, place the ham, on the other, the cheese, and top with 3 slices of apple.
  • Assemble the sandwich and it's ready!
