2 slices wholemeal bread, box
50 grams Manchego cheese
2 slices turkey deli ham
1/4 golden apple
2 teaspoons unsalted butter

Using a knife, trim the edges of the slices of bread.
Toast the bread and, while it is still warm, spread butter on the slices. Thinly slice the apple.
On one slice of bread, place the ham, on the other, the cheese, and top with 3 slices of apple.
Assemble the sandwich and it's ready!
