Camembert Sandwich with Apricot Jam

Camembert cheese is one of our favorites, and without a doubt this recipe will be no exception for enjoying an exquisite combination, with the subtle yet aromatic flavor of butter and rosemary. It is the best combination between two exquisite slices of multigrain bread.

  • 90 grams butter, at room temperature
  • 2 tablespoons rosemary, finely chopped
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 8 slices Oroweat® multigrain bread
  • 250 grams camembert cheese

  • In a bowl, cream the butter with the help of a spatula, add rosemary, season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
  • Spread some butter on Oroweat® Multigrain bread slices and place them on a hot grill. Cook until golden and crispy.
  • Spread with apricot jam, add the camembert cheese, and cover.
