  • 1/2 cups Yoplait® Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 limes, (juice)
  • 1 sprig celery
  • 4 leaves celery, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons red onion
  • 1/2 apples
  • 1 tablespoon raisins
  • 6 walnuts, chopped
  • 8 grapes
  • 1 ciabatta roll

  • Cook the chicken breast either grilled or boiled and cut it into 1x1 cubes.
  • Chop the celery, onion, and apple into cubes.
  • Cut the grapes in half.
  • In a bowl, add the chopped ingredients, Yoplait Greek Natural, mustard, lemon juice, raisins, and walnuts.
  • Mix all the ingredients.
  • Slice the ciabatta in half and add the mixture.
