2 bolillo rolls
1/2 cups mustard
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tomato
1/2 avocados, in slices
lettuce
turkeys, shredded
1/2 red onions

Cut the bolillo bread in half.
Add mayonnaise to both sides.
Slice the red onion into julienne strips.
In a skillet, add the oil and red onion, wait until it softens.
Add the turkey to the red onion mixture, incorporate the mustard.
Slice the tomato and avocado.
Add lettuce to the bolillos, then the turkey mixture, avocado, tomato and close the sandwich.
