250 grams chicken, shredded
4 slices deli ham
100 grams lettuce, shredded
1 tomato
mayonnaise
mustard
8 slices avocado
30 grams turkey bacon

Spread mayonnaise and mustard on the bread.
Between two slices of bread, add the chicken, lettuce, and bacon; do the same for the other sandwich.
Then place the third slice of bread on top with ham, tomato, and avocado.
Cut the sandwich into 4 parts (into triangles).
Stick a toothpick in each triangle to keep it from falling apart.
