Cold Cuts Pie

Try this delicious cold cuts pie, it's a great option for breakfast on weekends with the family. It's very easy to prepare and everyone is sure to love it.

  • 5 slices white bread, without edges
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • fresh cilantro
  • salt
  • 50 grams turkey deli ham
  • 50 grams salami, cooked
  • 50 grams American cheese
  • 3 tablespoons butter

  • In a pie mold, place butter so it doesn't stick, then add the slices of bread forming a layer.
  • Blend the milk, cilantro, and salt.
  • On top of the bread layer, place a bit of the previous mixture.
  • Add a layer of ham, a layer of cooked salami, repeat until the mold is full, and then place slices of yellow cheese on top.
