50 grams Mozzarella cheese
2 slices turkey deli ham
2 eggs
1 tablespoon milk
1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Heat a little oil in a pan.
In a bowl, whisk the two eggs with a little milk, season with salt and pepper to taste.
Pour the mixture into the pan and submerge the bread, cover for 1 minute and flip the egg cake.
Add the cheese and ham, fold to assemble the sandwich, serve.
