Asparagus Sandwich

  • 2 slices bread
  • 6 asparagus, clean
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 80 grams Chihuahua cheese, grated
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste

  • Place the asparagus on a baking sheet, add a little olive oil, salt, and pepper on top.
  • Bake at 180°C for about 15 minutes.
  • Spread a little oil on both sides of the slices of bread.
  • Place the asparagus on top of a slice of bread, and then put the cheese on top.
  • Cover with the other slice of bread.
  • Put in a skillet to brown until the cheese melts. Be careful not to burn the bread.
