1 sprig fresh cilantro
2 limes, (its juice)
2 pinches salt
4 slices bread, Saníssimo® gluten-free, cut in halves and toasted
4 tablespoons goat cheese
8 cherry tomatoes, cut in halves
8 leaves basil, fresh

In a food processor, blend the avocado, onion, chili, cilantro, lime juice, and salt until you have a smooth mixture. Set aside.
Place a little guacamole on each piece of bread and a tablespoon of crumbled goat cheese.
Garnish with cherry tomatoes and basil.
