3 telera rolls, (bread for sandwiches)
1 teaspoon olive oil
leaves basil, washed and dried
2 tomatoes, sliced
120 grams Mozzarella cheese, in slices
pepper
salt

Cut the rolls in half and brush with olive oil.
Place the halves on a baking sheet (with the olive oil side facing down) and bake for about 10 minutes.
Layer fresh basil leaves, tomato, and sliced mozzarella on top. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste and cover with the other half of the bread.
Put back in the oven for another 5 minutes at very high temperature until the bread is golden and the cheese is melted, about 3 minutes.
Serve immediately.
