If you want to try a very different and super tasty sandwich, this Caprese-style sandwich is the one, with its delicious slices of mozzarella cheese and tomato between tasty slices of gluten-free bread.

12 slices Mozzarella cheese
12 slices tomato
12 basil, fresh
4 teaspoons olive oil
2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
4 pinches salt
4 pinches pepper
4 tablespoons butter
Preparation

Layer the cheese, tomato, and basil on a slice of bread.
Brush with a little olive oil and vinegar. Season and cover with another slice of bread.
In a skillet over low heat, toast each sandwich with a little butter. Serve hot.
