Goat Cheese, Pepper, and Tapenade Sandwich

The Goat Cheese, Pepper, and Tapenade Sandwich is my family's favorite snack. This recipe is a perfect snack, but you can also have it for lunch.

  • 2 slices bread
  • 35 grams goat cheese
  • 2 canned bell pepper
  • 1 tablespoon tapenade
  • unsalted butter

  • Place the peppers on a baking tray with a little olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Put the peppers in the oven at 180°C for 10 minutes.
  • Spread a bit of butter on both sides of the slices of bread.
  • Spread tapenade on one slice, then add the peppers. On the other slice, spread the goat cheese.
  • Stack one slice of bread on top of the other to make the sandwich.
  • Place in a pan to toast until the cheese melts. Be careful not to burn the bread.
