The Goat Cheese, Pepper, and Tapenade Sandwich is my family's favorite snack. This recipe is a perfect snack, but you can also have it for lunch.

2 slices bread
35 grams goat cheese
2 canned bell pepper
1 tablespoon tapenade
unsalted butter

Place the peppers on a baking tray with a little olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Put the peppers in the oven at 180°C for 10 minutes.
Spread a bit of butter on both sides of the slices of bread.
Spread tapenade on one slice, then add the peppers. On the other slice, spread the goat cheese.
Stack one slice of bread on top of the other to make the sandwich.
Place in a pan to toast until the cheese melts. Be careful not to burn the bread.
