300 grams Mozzarella cheese
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoons oregano
1 pinch thyme
4 pieces of bread, rye
2 tablespoons mayonnaise

Slice the zucchini, tomatoes, and mozzarella cheese into thick pieces.
Coat the vegetables with oil and sprinkle with herbs.
Season with salt and pepper and grill the vegetables.
Cut the bread in half and spread mayonnaise on it.
Add the mozzarella cheese, the tomato, and place the slices of zucchini on top.
