Pineapple and Zucchini Sandwich

  • 60 grams Oaxaca cheese, grated
  • 1/2 zucchinis
  • 1 slice canned pineapple
  • 2 slices wholemeal bread, boxed
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

  • Wash the zucchini very well and slice it.
  • Pour the oil into the pan and heat over medium heat.
  • Add the Worcestershire sauce and the zucchini. Cook until the slices are golden brown.
  • Remove and in the same pan, also brown the slice of pineapple.
  • Toast the slices of bread and serve the cheese on top, bringing it close to the heat to melt.
  • Once the cheese is melted, remove and place the zucchini and pineapple on top to form a sandwich.
  • Done! Enjoy
