60 grams Oaxaca cheese, grated
1/2 zucchinis
1 slice canned pineapple
2 slices wholemeal bread, boxed
1 teaspoon olive oil
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

Wash the zucchini very well and slice it.
Pour the oil into the pan and heat over medium heat.
Add the Worcestershire sauce and the zucchini. Cook until the slices are golden brown.
Remove and in the same pan, also brown the slice of pineapple.
Toast the slices of bread and serve the cheese on top, bringing it close to the heat to melt.
Once the cheese is melted, remove and place the zucchini and pineapple on top to form a sandwich.
Done! Enjoy
