2 cans canned tuna in water
1/4 romaine lettuces , chopped
1 cucumber, chopped
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 lemon , (juice)
salt , to taste
pepper, to taste
8 slices wholemeal bread

Thaw La Huerta peas in the microwave.
Drain the liquid from the tuna cans.
Mix all the ingredients, excluding the bread, and season with salt and pepper.
Spread ¼ of the tuna salad on a slice of bread, fresh or toasted, cover with another slice and cut diagonally in half.
