Marine Cake

This delicious marine cake is made with sardines, it is delightful and you can make it for a gourmet dinner. You will love it.

  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1/4 onions
  • 2 sprigs parsley
  • 2 pickled Jalapeño chiles
  • 2 slices pineapple
  • 1 lime
  • 4 baguettes, ladies
  • 4 leaves Romaine lettuce
  • 400 grams sardine, with tomato (canned)
  • salt, to taste

  • Remove the seeds from the tomatoes and cut them into small cubes.
  • Chop the onion and parsley. Slice the chilies and cut the pineapple into cubes.
  • Mix the tomatoes with the jalapeño chilies, parsley, onion, and pineapple.
  • Squeeze the lime juice over the previous mixture and season with salt.
  • Split the baguettes in half, add the lettuce, and place the sardines on top.
  • Add the pineapple mixture and cover.
