1/4 onions
2 sprigs parsley
2 pickled Jalapeño chiles
2 slices pineapple
1 lime
4 baguettes, ladies
4 leaves Romaine lettuce
400 grams sardine, with tomato (canned)
salt, to taste

Remove the seeds from the tomatoes and cut them into small cubes.
Chop the onion and parsley. Slice the chilies and cut the pineapple into cubes.
Mix the tomatoes with the jalapeño chilies, parsley, onion, and pineapple.
Squeeze the lime juice over the previous mixture and season with salt.
Split the baguettes in half, add the lettuce, and place the sardines on top.
Add the pineapple mixture and cover.
