300 grams Oaxaca cheese
1/4 red onions
3 chorizos, smoked
1 sprig fresh cilantro
4 telera rolls
6 tablespoons refried beans
1 avocado

Shred the Oaxaca cheese and slice the red onion into julienne strips.
Chop the chorizo and pick the cilantro leaves.
Brown the chorizo in a skillet and divide into 4 portions.
Place the beans in a skillet and heat them along with the chorizo.
Cut the teleras in half and spread them with the beans and chorizo.
Add the Oaxaca cheese on top.
Add some slices of avocado and cilantro leaves.
Cover the torta with the top and heat it in a skillet.
