4 boneless chicken breast, and skinless, flattened to 1/4 inch thick (approx 1-1/4 lbs)

Combine the Knorr® Chicken Flavor Bouillon with the breadcrumbs in a bowl. Dip the chicken in the beaten egg and coat it completely with the breadcrumbs.
Heat the oil in a 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and fry the chicken, turning it only once, until cooked through and golden brown, about 5 minutes.
To bake, preheat the oven to 425°. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray. Place the chicken on the baking sheet and lightly spray with cooking spray. Bake for 15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
Slice the bolillo rolls in half, add avocado, chilies, mustard, and mayonnaise, and place the milanesa.
