Mini Chicken Sandwich in Baking Dish

For all your family or friend gatherings, prepare this baking dish of mini sandwiches filled with delicious crispy chicken seasoned with McCormick® mustard and spices, a blend of Manchego and cheddar cheese, and crunchy strips of bacon. You'll love them!

  • 1 cup panko
  • 1 tablespoon Mccormick® Sabroseador
  • 1 teaspoon Mccormick® black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon McCormick® garlic salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon McCormick® mustard
  • 1 1/2 chicken breasts, cut to the size of the bread

  • 12 burger buns, or for mini sandwiches

  • 1/3 cups BBQ sauce
  • 1/2 cups bacon, fried and coarsely chopped
  • 2/3 cups Manchego cheese, grated
  • 2/3 cups cheddar cheese, grated

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • In a bowl, mix the panko with McCormick® spices and set aside. In another bowl, beat the eggs with McCormick® mustard.
  • Coat the chicken by passing it through flour, the egg mixture, and finally the panko mixture.
  • In a deep skillet over medium heat, heat the oil and fry the chicken until golden. Remove excess fat on paper towels.
  • Place the bread tops in a baking dish and spread a little more McCormick® mustard. Add the fried chicken, drizzle with some BBQ sauce, sprinkle the bacon and cheeses. Close with the bread tops.
  • Bake for 10 minutes to gratin and serve immediately.
