Nutella and Banana Panini

  • 1 banana
  • 4 slices bread, organic
  • nutella, to taste
  • 2 teaspoons butter

  • Place the peeled banana in a bowl and mash until smooth.
  • Brush the outside of the bread slices with butter; this will give the panini a crunchier texture.
  • Spread Nutella on all the bread slices and add the banana mixture only to the bottoms of the paninis, close them, and place in the preheated panini press until golden brown, then flip.
  • Enjoy!
