This is a traditional Mexican pastor torta, prepare it and be amazed by its great flavor; you can accompany the torta with slices of grilled pineapple.

500 grams pork, in fajitas
2 tablespoons achiote
1/2 cups pineapple juice
1 tablespoon oil
4 bolillo rolls
2 slices pineapple, grilled
1/4 red onions, chopped
4 sprigs fresh cilantro
salt

Dissolve the achiote in the pineapple juice and add the meat.
Season with salt and let marinate in the refrigerator for 5 minutes.
Cook the meat over medium heat until it is cooked through.
Cut the bolillos in half.
Distribute the meat in the bread, add the pineapple, onion, and cilantro.
