  • 190 grams cream cheese
  • 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons basil
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 12 slices Oroweat® multigrain bread
  • 226 grams Mozzarella cheese, sliced
  • 15 slices pastrami
  • 2 peaches, cut into slices
  • 1 cup grapes, cut in half
  • 1 cup baby arugula, washed and sanitized

  • For the dressing, in a bowl, cream the cheese with a spatula, mix with the cream, basil, season with salt and pepper, and set aside.
  • In a skillet over low heat, toast the Oroweat® Multigrain Bread until golden brown.
  • Spread the Oroweat Multigrain® bread with a bit of the dressing, place a slice of mozzarella cheese, pastrami, peaches, grapes, and arugula.
  • You can add more dressing, enjoy with sweet potato wedges.
