250 grams ground beef
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cups onion, finely chopped
2 1/3 tablespoons chile powder
4 cloves garlic
2 cups canned beans
1/2 cups tomato, in pieces (canned)
1/4 cups fresh cilantro, chopped
4 slices artisan bread roll, or ciabatta
1/2 cups cheddar cheese, or grated manchengo

Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and sauté for 5 minutes.
Add the ground beef, chili, and garlic to the skillet and cook for 5-8 minutes or until the meat is well cooked.
Add the beans and tomato and cook for 15 minutes over low heat. Season with cilantro, salt, and pepper.
Toast the slices of bread and place the meat and cheese on top. The cheese will melt from the heat of the meat.
