This delicious vegetarian sandwich features grilled portobello and vegetables inside a ciabatta bread.

4 ciabatta breads
4 portobello mushrooms
1 tomato , sliced
1/2 red onions, sliced
2 cups lettuce, chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
6 tablespoons capers, chopped
pepper , to taste
2 tablespoons Tabasco sauce
salt , to taste

Heat a skillet or grill. Cook the portobello mushrooms for at least 25 minutes or until well cooked on each side.
Cut the ciabatta breads in half.
In a small deep bowl, mix the mayonnaise with the capers, the Tabasco, and season with salt and pepper.
Spread a layer of special mayonnaise on each ciabatta bread.
Then on the bread, place 1 portobello mushroom, 2 slices of tomato, a bit of onion, and lettuce, and place the other missing bread on top.
