Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into 6 equal rectangular pieces (of 100 g each). Place them on a baking tray. Bake for 25 minutes until golden. Set aside.
We take the chicken breasts and grill them one by one, making sure to leave diagonal grill marks for a nice presentation of our dish.
We will prepare a simple kind of guacamole with the slices of avocado and the chili cut into rounds, blending the avocado until creamy, along with a splash of olive oil and the chilis. With this sauce, we will spread it on our puff pastry slices, place a lettuce leaf, and on top our grilled chicken breast! Once ready, drizzle a few drops of olive oil to taste.
