Cheese and Egg Panini

A delicious cheese and egg panini to enjoy for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or a snack. It's really good!

  • 8 slices Manchego cheese
  • 8 slices tomato
  • 1 stick ciabatta bread, sliced in half (enough for 4 paninis)
  • 8 eggs , fried

  • Cut the bread and place a layer of manchego cheese, a fried egg, and tomato.
  • Put on the top and cut the bread roll in half.
  • Turn on the grill (or the sandwich maker) and cook the paninis until golden brown and the cheese is melted. Remove after about 5 minutes.
