8 slices Manchego cheese
8 slices tomato
1 stick ciabatta bread, sliced in half (enough for 4 paninis)
8 eggs , fried

Cut the bread and place a layer of manchego cheese, a fried egg, and tomato.
Put on the top and cut the bread roll in half.
Turn on the grill (or the sandwich maker) and cook the paninis until golden brown and the cheese is melted. Remove after about 5 minutes.
