Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Delicious grilled cheese sandwich typical of the United States. The cheese is melted, giving it a delicious flavor; if you can, heat it a little just before eating.

  • 3 sandwich bread, or stick
  • 2 slices cheese, American, mozzarella, or cheddar
  • 8 tablespoons butter

  • Preheat the skillet with butter.
  • Spread butter on the bread, and on one slice, spread it on both sides.
  • Place the cheese between the slices of bread and put it in the buttered skillet, flipping the sandwich every 5 minutes.
  • Once it's golden brown on both sides and the cheese is melted, remove it from the skillet and place it on a plate.
