Hot Sandwiches

Recipe for hot sandwiches in the oven. A recipe for sandwiches with sealed edges that allows you to heat them without the filling spilling out. It's delicious!

  • 6 slices sandwich bread
  • 60 grams deli ham
  • 60 grams cheese, for sandwiches
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 onion
  • chile
  • 1 egg

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Trim the edges of the bread and spread mayonnaise on it.
  • Prepare a sandwich with ham and cheese, add a slice of tomato, onion, and chili to taste, beat the egg and apply a small line along the edge, place another slice of bread on top and press the edge to seal them.
  • Add butter on the outside so the bread browns, arrange them on a baking tray, and place in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Remove and serve.
