Trim the edges of the bread and spread mayonnaise on it.
Prepare a sandwich with ham and cheese, add a slice of tomato, onion, and chili to taste, beat the egg and apply a small line along the edge, place another slice of bread on top and press the edge to seal them.
Add butter on the outside so the bread browns, arrange them on a baking tray, and place in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Remove and serve.
