4 slices turkey deli ham
4 slices Manchego cheese
Romaine lettuce
Dijon mustards

4 slices red beefsteak tomato, to make them the size of the pita

Open a quarter of the pitas, cutting from the side.
Add a little mayonnaise and mustard to the sides, inside the bread.
Insert 1 slice of ham and 1 slice of cheese into each one.
Put the pitas in the toaster with the opening facing up or in the microwave and heat for 2 minutes on maximum power.
Fill the inside of the pita with lettuce and a slice of tomato. Serve.
