Seafood Sandwich

These sandwiches shaped like fish make them very fun, besides being nutritious and very easy to make.

  • 2 cans canned tuna in water
  • 1 cup vegetables, spring mix
  • 3 tablespoons table cream
  • 1 tablespoon seasoning sauce, Maggi
  • 1/2 cucumbers, cut into small triangles with skin
  • 4 slices American cheese
  • 1 romaine lettuce
  • 8 slices sandwich bread, whole grain
  • 1/2 cups peas

  • Mix the tuna, vegetables, sour cream, and Maggi sauce.
  • Make a sandwich with the bread and the mixture. Cut into 2 triangles.
  • Place the cheese pieces on top of the sandwiches.
  • The cucumber is placed behind the triangles.
  • Lettuce is placed under the triangles.
  • The peas are placed on top of the triangles.
