Stuffed Ham and Cheese

8 slices sandwich bread, whole grain or white
3 slices deli ham
3 slices American cheese
2 tablespoons sour cream
vegetable oil, as needed
2 eggs
salt, to taste
2 tablespoons cow's milk

Chop the ham and cheese into very small cubes. Once well chopped, add the cream.
Cut the edges of the bread.
On a slice of bread, put a little of the mixture, just in the center.
Place another slice of bread on top, seal the edges very well, making sure they are tightly compressed.
Break the eggs and pour them into a slightly flat plate, add the milk and salt. Mix everything very well.
Dip each of the stuffed sandwiches in the egg mixture.
In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat, place the stuffed sandwich and let it brown on each side and ensure the edges are well cooked.
