Place a slice of yellow cheese between two slices of ham and fry in olive oil.
Once the 4 slices of yellow cheese in the ham are fried, spread the white bread with a dressing made from mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and jalapeño juice (to taste).
Now place the ham (with the yellow cheese) on the bread and fry in a little olive oil until the bread is golden.
Then add slices of tomato and lettuce to taste.
