Tuna Sandwich with Chipotle

It's a super easy dish to make, no oven needed, it's ideal for snacking at a family gathering or for those days when you don't want to spend too much time in the kitchen. You have all the ingredients in your refrigerator.

  • 4 cans tuna
  • 1 stick cream cheese, 190 grams
  • 1 can chipotle chile, small
  • 1/2 liters sour cream
  • 1/2 cups cow's milk
  • 2 packages sandwich bread
  • mayonnaise
  • 1 jar olives, seedless
  • 2 bell peppers, 1 green and 1 red

  • Blend 1 can of tuna with half of the cream cheese, the chipotle pepper, half of the cream, and half a cup of milk.
  • Cut the edges off the bread.
  • Mix the remaining cans of tuna with the mayonnaise and the rest of the cream cheese until fully integrated.
  • In a baking dish, pour a bit of the sauce prepared with the chipotle until it covers the entire bottom, then place the crustless bread on top covering all the sauce, drizzle with the sauce until the bread is covered, and then add a layer of tuna with the mayonnaise, a layer of bread until you finish with the ingredients, and the last layer should be chipotle sauce.
  • Slice the bell peppers into thin strips. Decorate with olives and peppers and refrigerate for one hour.
