Slice the zucchinis lengthwise so they resemble sandwich slices. Once the zucchinis are sliced, fry them in a pan with cooking spray, adding garlic salt on both sides for about 10 minutes. Once we have our slices, place one slice, add ham and manchego cheese to taste, then place another slice on top of those ingredients and repeat until our sandwich has 3 slices. Finally, to melt the cheese, place the sandwiches in the microwave for about 35 to 40 seconds depending on the microwave's capacity.
