Zucchini Sandwich with Ham and Manchego Cheese

Zucchini sandwich with ham and manchego cheese. A really easy recipe for beginners and very healthy.

  • 8 zucchinis, Italian
  • 200 grams Manchego cheese
  • 250 grams turkey deli ham, chopped
  • cooking spray
  • garlic salt , (ground) to taste

  • Slice the zucchinis lengthwise so they resemble sandwich slices. Once the zucchinis are sliced, fry them in a pan with cooking spray, adding garlic salt on both sides for about 10 minutes. Once we have our slices, place one slice, add ham and manchego cheese to taste, then place another slice on top of those ingredients and repeat until our sandwich has 3 slices. Finally, to melt the cheese, place the sandwiches in the microwave for about 35 to 40 seconds depending on the microwave's capacity.
