A refreshing and novel cocktail of sausages and shrimp. The sausage perfectly combines with the seafood flavor of the shrimp, resulting in a delicious cocktail. Serve it with some tasty crackers and a few drops of lemon.

1 onion, finely chopped
450 grams shrimp
6 lemons, in half
1/2 kilos sausages, sliced thinly
1 cup tomato clam juice
1 avocado, for decoration
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 serrano chile

Finely chop the cilantro, chili, onion, shrimp, and sausages.
Mix the sausages well in a deep bowl with the cilantro, chili, onion, shrimp, clamato, and olive oil.
Pour into glasses and decorate with avocado slices and half a lemon for serving, along with crackers and sauces.
