Sausage Flautas

Sausage flautas recipe, ideal for breakfast or lunch. These flautas are very easy to prepare and will get you out of any jam, make them, you will love them.

  • In a deep bowl, pour the flour, salt, and yeast and mix well, then add the water and mix until you obtain a uniform dough and let it rest.
  • Wrap the sausages with strips of cheese.
  • In a clean skillet, pour the oil and place it on the stove over medium heat.
  • After letting the flour rest for 10 minutes, take it and stretch the dough to a size sufficient to wrap the sausages.
  • Wrap the sausages and when the oil is hot, fry the wrapped sausages in the dough.
  • Serve hot on a flat plate.
