This tasty BBQ focaccia filled with turkey sausage will be the sensation.
Place the sifted flour with salt in a mixer with a hook. Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
Add 100ml of warm water to the yeast and wait.
Incorporate half of the 2/3 cup of water.
Add olive oil along with Hunt’s® Original BBQ Sauce. Mix the dough until it stretches and does not break.
Add oil to a bowl, then the dough to cover and ferment for 30 minutes preferably near the oven or in a sunny window.
While it ferments, prepare the filling by chopping the sausage into slices and the onion into cubes. Sauté with oil and season with black sauces.
Prepare the dressing by mixing cream and Hunt’s® Original BBQ Sauce.
When the dough is puffed, portion about 7 balls of 70g each. Roll and stretch.
Brush with Hunt’s® Original BBQ Sauce and poke the bread so it doesn’t puff up too much.
Bake for approximately 12 minutes.
Once ready, open them, spread the dressing, and fill with the roasted sausage.
