Wrap the sausages with cheese, then insert the covered sausages onto a wooden stick.
Place the rolled sausages with the seam side down on a baking sheet.
Freeze for 20 minutes.
In a large bowl, mix the flour, salt, pepper, baking powder, milk, and eggs until all ingredients are well combined and free of lumps.
Pour the mixture into a tall glass to facilitate dipping.
Heat the oil over medium-high heat.
Take one of the sausages from the freezer and dip it into the mixture. When lifting it, be sure to rotate it to remove the excess mixture.
Using tongs, dip the sausage in the mixture and into the hot oil, rotating to cook evenly. Remove from the oil and place on paper towels to remove excess oil.
Serve with ketchup and mustard.
