Chicken-Wrapped Sausages

Delicious sausages wrapped in mustard chicken. It’s a super quick snack to make since it doesn’t involve peeling, chopping, or pre-cooking. Perfect for those busy days. Kids will love it.

  • 6 chicken fillet, flattened and cut into strips
  • turkey sausage
  • 4 tomatoes, medium
  • 1/2 onions, small
  • 1/2 cloves garlic
  • mustard
  • salt, and pepper to taste

  • Wrap the sausages with the strips of chicken forming a spiral, securing with toothpicks.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet, cooking and turning until golden brown on all sides.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Blend the tomato, onion, and garlic. Pour into the pot where you cooked the sausages and let it sauté.
  • Once the base is ready, add the sausages, adjust the salt, and let cook for 5 more minutes.
