Chipotle Sausages

  • 1/4 cups chipotle chile in adobo sauce
  • 1 cup cream cheese, in medium cubes
  • 1 cup tomato broth
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • salt
  • 2 tablespoons butter, in medium cubes
  • 1 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 4 cups sausages, slice
  • cilantro, finely chopped

  • Blend the chipotle, cream cheese, tomato broth, chicken broth, sour cream, and salt for 2 minutes. Set aside.
  • Heat the butter in a pot, melt it over medium heat, add the onion, sauté for 5 minutes, incorporate the sausages, and fry for 5 more minutes.
  • Add the chipotle sauce and cook the chipotle sausages for 5 more minutes.
  • Serve the chipotle sausages in a bowl and garnish with cilantro.
