Potato and Sausage Skewers

This Potato and Sausage Skewers recipe is very delicious, you can serve it for breakfast for kids but it’s also a perfect snack for any age.

  • 1 potato , large cut into pieces
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoons coarse salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoons garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoons paprika
  • 8 sausages, small

  • Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius.
  • On a baking tray, place the strips of potatoes and cover with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, and paprika.
  • Bake the potatoes for 35 minutes, then flip with a spatula and bake for an additional 20 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven. The potatoes should be a little crispy on the outside.
  • Make the skewers by alternating the potatoes and sausages.
