1 potato , large cut into pieces
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoons coarse salt
1/2 teaspoons pepper
1/2 teaspoons garlic
1/2 teaspoons paprika
8 sausages, small

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius.
On a baking tray, place the strips of potatoes and cover with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, and paprika.
Bake the potatoes for 35 minutes, then flip with a spatula and bake for an additional 20 minutes.
Remove from the oven. The potatoes should be a little crispy on the outside.
Make the skewers by alternating the potatoes and sausages.
