  • Cut the potatoes into sticks measuring 5 mm by 7 cm long.
  • Cut the sausages into slices
  • Mix the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika in a bowl until combined. Set aside.
  • Coat the potatoes with this preparation and mix completely until the potatoes are fully covered.
  • Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat and fry the potatoes for 10 minutes or until they are golden brown. Place them in a bowl, add salt, and set aside.
  • Heat the butter in a skillet, add the sausages, and sauté lightly until they are slightly browned, then add the buffalo sauce, the cheese, and remove from heat.
  • Serve the salchipapas in a deep plate, accompany with potatoes and celery, and garnish with green onions.
